This delicious banana bread recipe is super easy to make. It has 9 ingredients that you should normally find in your kitchen. You can choose to add walnuts and chocolate chips as well.

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Mash the bananas in a large bowl until there are no large lumps. Mix in the melted butter. Then, mix in the sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and sprinkle in the salt and baking soda.
Once mixed, sift in the flour and combine. Add the chocolate chips or walnuts if desired.
Bake for 35-37 min. Enjoy!
